Management Committee - Appoints working group chair and members
- Ratifies proposals with simple majority and publishes rules
- Approves membership applications
- Manages marketing and communication policy
General Member (Secure POS Payment Vendors only) - Primary focus of the organization is development of secure POS payment devices
- May be elected to Management Committee by General Membership
- May vote to elect management committee representative from General Membership
- May participate in and contribute and Chair a Technical Working Group
Associate Member (Retailers, Acquirers, Software Vendors, ECR Vendors, Banks and Other Standard Bodies) - Organizations who wish to join which are not a secure POS payment developers, but have products or solutions that interact with secure POS payment devices
- May participate in Technical Working Groups
- May be elected to Management Committee by Associate Membership
- May vote to elect management committee representative from Associate Membership
- May participate and contribute to Technical Working Groups
